The Hunter Bartender

​Does The Hunter Bartender have a liquor licence? 

Yes we do! All our packages are BYO, but we can customise a beverage package for you. Our cash bar service is also available in addition to your package to save you the expense of purchasing beverages, spirits or cocktail ingredients.

What drinks do you serve?

Beer, cider, wine, champagne, spirits, mocktails, cocktails – you name it!

Do we need to provide meals for The Hunter Bartender staff?

Yes please! We cannot work on an empty stomach. See your caterer for vendor meal options and discounts.

 

Do we need to supply a cool room?

Yes, all drinks need to be cold on our arrival so we recommend that you hire a cool room to store your drinks in the night before. If you would like us to take care of the cool room hire for you, we can do that too.

Do we need to supply ice?

Yes, we recommend a minimum of 15 bags.

How much alcohol should I buy?

Once you have booked us we can start planning your drinks list. We will give you a  shopping list based on your number of guests, length of service and ability to party. If you don't want the hassle of organising the drinks, you can add one of our beverage packages and we will take care of the lot.

 

How far in advance do we need to book you?

We are currently booking weddings and events for as far as 18 months in advance. If you have a date in mind, get in touch with us asap! The popular dates book out  super fast!

 

Where will The Hunter Bartender travel to?

We are based in Singleton, NSW and service Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Anything outside our 20km radius will incur a travel fee.
